Beautiful Job - Wonderful Customer Service!

The two Miracle Method technicians, Raymond and Raymond, who refinished our tub were wonderful. It was obvious they cared about their craft. As they went about their job they were courteous, thoughtful and thorough - refreshing in this day and age! The finished product is beautiful. This company stands behind the work they do. Great customer service, quality workmanship, old-fashioned business values.

Excellent service and quality

I recently had my tub and surround reglazed as part of our bathroom renovation. I can't say enough about how great it looks I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to replace their tub/surround. My tech was awesome, courteous, and prompt. He left my house clean, like he wasn't there at all except for the new shiny tub. Job well done, again can't say enough

Excellent quality, prompt, courteous and professional technicians!

We had two tubs including the surrounds completed. These tubs and surrounds were part of remodel project during the ‘80’s. One tub was a peach and the other was a royal blue. My wife picked out one of Miracle Method’s standard colors (Kohler White). The tubs and surrounds look like brand new to include a non-slip finish in the tub floor areas. Great look, great finish and saved thousands over tub/unit replacements. Highly recommended!

Very professional

Miracle Method refinished my 30 year old fiberglass tub/shower from almond to white. I can't say enough about the technician who did the work. He was prompt & did a wonderful job, the entire time respecting my new carpet & freshly painted walls that were in the hallway. I live in central Mass & would recommend them. I am going to have them do my kitchen counter tops next.

Wonderful in every aspect.

We called on a Tuesday, the following Thursday the sales person came out and gave us an estimate and went over everything, and answered all questions. My husband and I talked it over once he was gone, and we call to schedule the technician. They had an opening that next Tuesday and the tech was great, smell isnt bad, and it looks brand new. We love it. Have already recommended it to my sister and a couple of people at work

2 tub/shower unit and 2 vanity/sink

I found Miracle Method on-line. They were very quick to respond. The office ladies were super nice and accommodated my requests of sending someone out for an estimate and mailing samples. The technician was Dan Rust "he's terrific" very courteous, enjoys what he's doing and does a great job! It took 3 days, less $ expensive and much less invasive than having to replace 2 tub/showers, 2 sinks and 2 custom vanity tops!

Thought I had a new tub!!
Had my tub resurfaced verses replacing it. Phil had it all done in 3hrs. It looks 200% better. The grouting job was neat.If I wasn't there I would have thought he installed a brand new one. Very happy with the results. TLC for cleaning it he stressed before leaving, no harsh chemicals which ruins any tub finish.

We just had our tub, vanity top and cabinet refaced by Miracle Method of Worcester County. Bruce was very professional and did a wonderful job! The tub and vanity look brand new. We our so happy with the work that was done and the results. I am so glad we resurfaced instead of replaced everything. It only took three days including Bruce putting up our new shower doors and putting in the new faucet. He also made sure everything was cleaned up as well. Resurface don't replace

We have a one piece fiberglass tub/wall unit that was original to our 1973 colonial. The unit was in good shape but it was avocado green! We recently had it refinished by Miracle Method of Worcester County and we are very pleased with the results. The tub is now white and looks brand new and compliments the bathroom rather than detracting from it.

In two days time, our family of seven went from a tub and shower that was cracked and unusable to a like new shower and tub with ceramic tile above (to prevent any future water damage repairs).  Phil and Steven made an excellent team and helped us make the best decisions for our budget and our family.  Two years ago we were quoted from another company to replace the existing tub and shower it would cost us $6,000 dollars or more.  Of course I smiled and thanked them and tried to patch it myself.  It lasted about two years and thankfully we met Phil and Steve!!  In 24 hours we will be enjoying our new tub, tile and shower!!  Thank You , Thank You, Thank You!!  I highly recommend both of these professionals!!!

After watching The Today Show on April 29th I found out how easy it would be to resurface my bathroom that would otherwise have cost us thousands of dollars. I contacted Phil Sokol from Miracle Method of Worcester County, who happened to build the display that was on the show. Within a weeks time I had a newly renovated bathroom that looked like brand new! Thankfully I caught them on the Today Show, otherwise I would still be looking at an outdated and ugly bathroom tub and tile. Steve the technician was extremely polite and professional.

We are very pleased with both the quote process and the finished work. All the tile was repaired in our small 3/4 bath, new tile was added to three walls above the shower and then all the tile as well as the shower enclosure were refinished in a sparking white. The results were excellent. The company was very easy to work with and did an excellent job cleaning up. The cost was well below what we originally thought it would take to do this work. In summary we are very pleased and satisfied with Miracle Method of Worcester!
