Highly Recommend
My wife and I just purchased an older home (1970).  We wanted to change the bathroom tile to a newer look.  The estimates came to around $15,000 to remove the old tile and install new tile in two bathrooms.  A friend told me about Miracle Method as an alternative.  I called the Frederick office.  Audrey answered, she was very informative and helpful.  My wife and I went to the showroom. I was surprised by all the options that they could do with our old tile.  Audrey set up an appointment for Ryan (owner) to come out and do an apprasial.  A couple days later Ryan and a member of his team came to the house.  They answered all my questions on th e spot and gave me an appraisal on the spot.  We setup a date for the work to start the next week.  Ryan told me it would take 3 to 4 days for both bathrooms.  The following Monday Travis and his crew showed up on time and ready to work.  The first day they did repairs (a lot) and prep work for the Miracle Method.  Tuesday and Wednesday was when the MIRACLE took place. Wow what a difference.  I wish I could post before and after pictures.  I still can't believe it.  I can't say enough about these professionals.  The process from start to finish was outstanding.  I will highly recommend them in the future.

Kitchen Counters look great!
We are so pleased with the refinishing of our old counter tops.  What a difference it made to the look of our kitchen. Miracle Method
My expereince with Miracle Method was very good to say the leaset. I especially liked Ryan Gladhill's fast response, and ability to complete the job quickly when everything was long-distance.  This was all a big help as I did not have the time to micro-manage and there were multiple projects at the property going on at the same time.

Bathtub repair
Miricle Method of Hagerstown did a great job in recently repairing a hold in my fiberglass bathtub.  They arrived on time, completed the repair within the time they had estimated, and ensured the area was cleaned up before they left.  Best of all, you can't even see the repair--the tub looks good as new.  If youi need repairs of this type, I'd strongly recommend these folks!

VERY SATISFIED
Our job had to be done in 3 different steps over the weekend and Ryan brought someone different with him each time, so I believe that I have met most of the employees of Miracle Method of Hagerstown.  Everyone was courteous and professional.  I am very happy with the results and am planning to schedule with them in the near future to work on bathroom #2.  Thanks to everyone at Miracle Method of Hagerstown for a job well done!

"Easy Step" -The Step through tub to shower conversion!
Awesome! Ryan gave me exactly what I was looking for. His  mannerism and professionalism was outstanding from start to finish!  I would recommend his service highly. The "Easy Step" is so affordable without having to remodel your entire bathroom.  Hats off to Ryan!

We are so pleased with how Miracle Method updated our 1960's guest bath and powder room.  We had our tub,  tile wall surround, tile floor, and cultured marble vanity top done-it all looks brand new!  Also, the floor of the powder room was done.  The results were amazing.  This was definitely the way to go for us.  The owner and his crew are wonderful to work with- courteous, efficient, and meticulous.  They take great pride in their work and go out of their way to please.  We would highly recommend Miracle Method of Hagerstown.

We were trying to sell our house and did not want to spend an arm and a leg to restore our entirely PINK bathroom and worn out kitchen counter.  Ryan and his crew came out within a week of the estimate and transformed our bathroom from the 1960's to a clean and modern look for a fraction of the price to remodel.  They also replaced our toilet and old baseboard heater.  This process was a major factor in getting us a contract on our house in under one month!  Hard thing to do these days.  I commend Ryan and his crew for excellent customer service and a job well done!

I had two bath-shower combos resurfaced.  The team that came was professional and even were able to fix some of the damaged drywall behind tiles.  They removed the tiles that were not well supported, put in new drywall and replaced tiles.  Both bathtub/shower combos look like new.   I was able to get done for well under 2K what would have cost me about 6k plus to do using other options.  Workmen also cleaned up after themselves and seemed to pay a lot of attention to detail.  The only minor imperfections, which would go unnoticed by most is that in 1 or 2 places the new layers of miracle method did not cover all of the grout (little area less than a mm) and also there were several small bumps where it seems a spec of dirt or sand was encapsulated in the miracle method coating.  This is probably actually my fault because I am doing other work in the house and there are lots of particles of stuff flying around.  Anyhow, I highly recommend this for anyone looking to fix an old shower/bath combo!  Brings the bath and tile back to life.  What is also great is that there is no more grout to keep clean, just smooth surface to wipe clean.
