We hired Mr. Rick Duncan after having our tub refinished by another handy man using tub refinishing kit from Lowe's.  First, the other handy man was great; however, I would not recommend using the do-it-yourself tub refinishing kit.  It seems much cheaper in the beginning; however, it would have been cheaper to utilize the appropriate services/products at first.  The do-it-yourself kit began to peel within the first week and, yes, it was applied appropriately with the appropriate amount of time before using it.  Anyway, Rick came out, stripped our ceramic tub, and refinished it.  It looks like a brand new tub.  I absolutely love it!   Rick was also very professional, polite and definitely prompt.   You never have to sit around waiting for him to show up.  He'll be there when he says. He also gives you honest and realistic completion times for the job. I felt very comfortable leaving him alone in my house while I went to work.   I would recommend him and the Miracle Method to anyone.
