The six story, 148 room Isle of Capri Casino and Hotel located in Natchez, MS
The Problem
After years of use, the original fiberglass tub/shower units were dull and faded, and some units had cracks. The laminate vanities were old and outdated, and some were burned and scratched. The tile floor had a dated color, and expensive replacement was being considered
The Miracle Method Solution
Miracle Method was selected on the basis of reputation and experience working in hotels without disrupting guests. Isle of Capri wanted the fiberglass units restored to glossy white and chose Miracle Method’s Natural Accents
for their vanities and floors to give their rooms the contemporary appearance they were looking for.
The Process
Isle of Capri management scheduled rooms in blocks for refurbishing and Miracle Method’s team of technicians stayed on schedule. The fiberglass units were repaired and refinished in white, while the vanities and floors were redone in warm beige colors using Miracle Method’s Natural Accents.
The Result
Miracle Method was on time and on budget. More importantly, the dramatic transformation wowed management and their guests. Miracle Method was awarded with additional work on the hotel’s riverboat casino and is being considered for work at other Isle of Capri Resorts.
