A day in the life

As a Miracle Method franchisee you will be doing work for homeowners, property managers, apartments, hotels, retirement centers, college dormitories, hospitals, schools, and government housing and military bases.

  Every day and every job is a little different, but here’s a typical day.
 

Arrive at your shop to check voice mails left from the night before and customer emails requesting estimates.

 

Meet with your office manager to go over the day’s work orders and upcoming jobs.

 
         
 

Review a shop project and discuss the day’s schedule with your technician …

 

and send him on his way.

 
         
 

Check supply inventory and place orders to restock.

 

Participate in a marketing
conference call with the
President of Miracle Method
and other franchisees.

 
         
 

Meet with a walk-in customer. Tell her about the benefits of Miracle Method’s process and put her job on the schedule.

 

Make quality control inspections and make sure the customer is happy with the work. Ask for referrals.

 
         
 

Stop by a job to check your technician’s progress.

 

Do an in-home estimate for a customer wanting Miracle Method’s Natural Accents, which will give her kitchen tile countertops an exciting stone look.

 
         
 

Receive updates from your office manager on office activity and any changes to the schedule.

 

Return to the office to review your advertising plan making sure you’re reaching future customers with Miracle Method’s Don’t Replace!... Refinish! message.

 
         
 

Review the day’s estimates and sales and tomorrow’s schedule. Make follow-up calls and confirm appointments.

 

Head home to your family with the satisfaction that you own your own business and you’re one day closer to your financial goals.
