A brand new bathtub typically comes from the manufacturer with a one-year warranty against poor workmanship or manufacturer defects.  Similarly, each individual Miracle Method franchise offers a warranty to cover its workmanship.  Most bathtubs, wall tile, and fiberglass fixtures are warranted for a period of 5 years against peeling or other failure of adhesion of the coating. Ask for a copy of the Limited Warranty offered by your local franchise.
